New Homes

The Money Hill site will contribute to the vibrancy and life of the town centre

Money Hill will be able to provide 605 new homes for Ashby-de-la-Zouch to help meet the requirement for new homes by 2031.

The housing will be delivered in phases, the first of which will be approximately 130 new homes built within five years.

It is proposed that the new housing will be set back from existing homes by a buffer of open space and planting.

A range of housing types are planned catering for families who require small starter units up to large family homes. All will have gardens and either off-street parking or garages.

Around one third of the new homes will be affordable either for key workers, shared-equity or rented accommodation.
